Bloom Beauty Bar Policies
we require a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or change any appointment. cancellations without proper notice prohibit other clients on our waitlist from being able to fill that slot. to ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to hold any appointment while booking.
cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. we thank you in advance for respecting our policy.
if you do not show up to your scheduled appointment time with no prior notification, you will be charged 100% of your service fee. your saved card will NOT be charged unless a cancellation happens, or you request to pay with that card.
*cancellations due to illness during COVID-19 will not require you to adhere to our cancellation policy. if you are ill with a fever, cough, or other COVID-19 symptoms, or if you have been exposed to anyone with symptoms or who has tested positive for COVID-19, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment in 14 days.
