we require a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. cancellations without proper notice prohibit other clients on our waitlist from being able to fill that slot. to ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to hold any appointment while booking.
if you cancel or reschedule with less than a 24-hour notice
you will be charged 50% of your service fee. if you do not show up to your scheduled appointment time with no prior notification (no call no show),
you will be charged 100% of your service fee. your saved card will NOT be charged unless a cancellation happens, or you request to pay with that card.
